This questionnaire has been prepared by a group of Petham parishioners, with the aim of finding out what people think about the village. We will be following up the questionnaire with a report which includes a detailed analysis of your answers and an action plan for the future.

The Questions
Most of the questions are in the form of tick boxes, so they are quick and easy to answer. The first few are about you and your household and they will help us build an accurate picture of life in Petham in 2009. Other questions seek your household’s views on how to improve the quality of life for all of Petham residents, with space for you to give fuller responses about issues that concern you. Some questions give a chance for each family member to express a view.

Please feel free to ignore any questions that you prefer not to answer.

We aim to ensure that answers remain anonymous, so please do not write your name and address anywhere.

Finally, to help us produce the best possible parish plan, the Petham Plan Committee hopes that each household will take time to complete the questionnaire.
